AMERICA FIRST? AMERICA LAST? WHERE ARE WE GOING?

What is the future of a new world order and what might be America’s role in the tensions between nationalism and globalization?

As the country moves into the end of the first year of new policies in trade, foreign relations, security measures, economic policies, ecological and global justice, we are seeing signs of change in every sector of the world. Join us as we read and discuss these changes and their import for the future of America and the world.

SU faculty presenters may include Connie Anthony (Political Science, Europe), David Reid (Economics, China), Madhu Rao (Albers, India and SE Asia), Fred DeKay (Economics,European Union), Mark McLeod (History, Latin America), and Rob Andolina (Political Science)

Tuesday Evenings: 6:00 – 8:30, ADMN 221 (light refreshments will be available)

October 10 and 24, November 7 and 21, December 5

Tuition: $150 for all five dates, which includes the cost of reserved parking
